At DirectHomeMedical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
